FAQ:

Why it's called Momochi Clan? and from who she bequeath the Kekkei Genkai Hyouton?

Necro's mother belongs to a nameless Clan. The only mark that characterized the Members of the Clan were the Symbols they have on the face.
The skills of this nameless Clan are the Kekkei Genkai Hyouton (Ice release) and Summoning Animals with a special technique (more in the story and Ref/Sheet, link above)
She inherited those skills of her mother. Necro don't even know the real name of her mother because she was a spy.
Later, as Necro founds out that her father died, she announced since that day the nameless Clan of her mother, also as honour for her deceased father, under the name Momochi.
That is why it is called the Momochi clan nowadays.

Why she has the Weapon Kabutowari from Jinin Akebino from the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist?

One year after Necro left Kirigakure and become a Nukenin, she found the abandned Weaopn of Jinin Akebino: An Ax with an Hammer.
She brought it to a blacksmith. The Ax was in a bad condition but the backsmith could save it. He grinded the Weaopn and atteched a long rod on it as holder on it. He recognized the Weaopn and called Necro his name and told her about the backstory of it.

The Ax became a part of her, which she also started to fight, like her father did with his Weaopn.
"I have a Weaopn of one of the seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. Now I feel a bit more close to you father..."
